RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@auroracosmetics.es.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products, using the original payment method.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
